1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your SaaS software subscription at any time. Cancellations will stop future billing cycles at the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Capace Software offers custom demo walkthroughs and evaluation periods before purchase. Subscription payments are non-refundable unless specified in an enterprise service agreement.
